Build your system
Pick a battery, set your offset, and watch the model update in real time. We engineer every system in-house before a panel leaves the warehouse.
Why Bright Home
03 / Live with it
Real-time output to your phone. A 25-year workmanship warranty. If a system underproduces, we’re back on the roof before you have to ask.
Energy storage
Tesla, SolarEdge and Enphase — we’re certified on all three and we’ll tell you, straight, which one fits your home. No quotas. No favorites.
Built for the desert
Phoenix gets more usable sunlight than almost anywhere in North America. We’ve spent twelve years learning how to capture every kilowatt of it — and how to store the rest for the hours that matter.
Drag the sliders. We use 25 years of utility rate escalation, your local sun-hours, and a Bright Home-typical offset to estimate lifetime savings.
Before we put a single panel on your roof, we tighten the envelope. Aeroseal your ducts, blow R-49 into your attic — and your house demands 25–35% less power. Then we size solar around the new load.
The average Phoenix-area home loses 25–40% of conditioned air through duct leaks. Aeroseal pressurizes the system and injects a fine aerosol that finds and seals every gap — even the ones inside the walls.
Most Mesa attics sit at R-19 — half what they should be. We air-seal every penetration, then blow in dense-pack cellulose or fiberglass to the Arizona target. Forty-degree summer attic swing.
Free design consultation. No high-pressure pitch. We’ll model your savings, walk your roof, and leave a number on the table.
It depends on system size, the panels you choose, and whether you add storage. A typical Bright Home install in Mesa lands between $18,000 and $34,000 before the 30% federal credit. We give you a real, itemized number after a 30-minute consultation — and we don't charge for it.
The crew is on your roof for one to three days, depending on system size and roof complexity. Permit-to-PTO ("permission to operate") averages 14 days in Mesa, longer in Phoenix. We handle every permit, inspection and utility filing.
If your roof has more than 8 years of life left, you're fine. If it's marginal, we'll say so — and our sister company Bright Home Construction can re-roof and install solar in one motion, no two separate scaffoldings.
The panels we install are rated for 25–30 years at greater than 85% original output. In the desert that's roughly the lifespan of the roof underneath them.
We monitor every system we install. If production drops, we're often calling you before you notice. Workmanship is warrantied for 25 years. Equipment is warrantied by manufacturer — and we file claims on your behalf.
