The Bright Home Energy personnel were top notch from the panel installers to the electricians who installed the new... solar disconnect and meter mounts.There were some issues in dealing with our 45 year old circuit breaker panel but Rubin did not hesitate to come back and resolve the problem to our satisfaction.The office staff in general and Karen specifically were outstanding in dealing with a less than patient customer (me) who always had a question or concern about the status of our panels and installation.The staff was outstanding in keeping us informed about the status of our installation and let us know every time a "milestone" was reached.THANK YOU ALL!!!I highly recommend Bright Home Energy for your solar needsread more

Probably the easiest and friendliest company out there! They were very quick to insure all questions were answered and... were always prompt when returning calls or making appointments. Karen was by far the best customer service rep I’ve ever had the pleasure having help with a purchase in my life. Not... only did she always have the nicest attitude but she was honest throughout my experience even after install.
